Before January 12, 2016, like so many of us (100 million plus), I suffered from poor health, leading to disease, medication, and discomfort. It was a confusing lifestyle that led to inflammation and anxiety which in turn made sleeping difficult. Waking up and not feeling well, made daily life very challenging.

On January 12, 2016, while suffering from heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, and obesity with no solution in sight, a
Good Samaritan advised me to change my lifestyle.

I found the new lifestyle to be easy to implement. I was feeling better and better as the days and weeks passed.

As the months and years passed, my health significantly improved, resulting in a reduction and elimination of disease and medication.

A lifetime of pain and anxiety were replaced with natural health, comfort, and contentment.

I was overwhelmed with the change. My confidence and enthusiasm for this lifestyle escalated.

With my health now resolved, I was even more aware that so many other people were still struggling. Having suffered so much myself and enlighten to the best solution for long term health, I naturally wanted to help other patients as I understand and share the same questions, concerns, and challenges for change.

I then approached San Joaquin General Hospital to see if I can maybe help other patients that were in need. I was informed that many patients were having difficulty with lifestyle change to improve their health, and so I was welcomed to share some time at a Diabetes Program hosted by San Joaquin General Hospital.

From there, I was very privileged to be invited to share my experience at
Health and Wellness Events including the Health and Healing Summit in Lodi, California and World Diabetes Day at Stanford Health Care.

The Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle is highly recommended by Diabetes Programs at San Joaquin General Hospital and Certified Diabetes Education Nurses at Stanford Health Care for reversing and preventing many diseases, especially Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease and more.
