In November of 2021, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease. She also was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.

But the best, was to help my mother. Under the leadership of her Lifestyle Medicine doctor; it allowed me to provide care to mother that led to fully reversing her Chronic Kidney Disease.

Furthermore, with additional food recommendations, she reversed her Alzheimer’s Disease and regained a significant portion of her memory loss.
